Who is eligible

Independent ceramicists who make their work by hand — wheel-throwing, hand-building, or hand-slip-casting your own molds. Resellers, wholesale flippers, and people using third-party production facilities they don’t personally operate are not eligible.

The video requirement

Every listing needs a 15-second clip of your hands finishing that specific item. You film it on your phone. We review it before publishing. This is non-negotiable — it’s what makes the marketplace trustworthy for buyers.

Seller FAQ

What are the transaction fees?
Zero in Year 1 (through December 31, 2026). Planned monetization is optional promoted placement at $9/month after we prove the marketplace. You’ll always have a free tier.

How do payments work?
Shopify Payments deposits to your US bank account within 2 business days of a transaction.

Who handles shipping?
You do. You set your own rates and ship directly to buyers.

Can I sell on Etsy too?
Yes. No exclusivity required.

How to apply

Email hello@supercraft.shop with: your name, a link to your work (Etsy, Instagram, or portfolio), what type of ceramics you make, and a short description of your practice. We respond within 5 business days.
